It has been a
long time dream of mine to open my
own restaurant. A place that will serve an authentic Thai cuisine,
without any shortcuts,
just like my mother did back in my country of Thailand. A place that
will be
beautiful and inviting, where eating will become an experience of
having a
fabulous meal with exceptional service. A place where people will want
to
return , because it just feels good to be there , with their friends ,
their
families , business meetings or for a romantic dinner . And that is
why, on April
20th 2009 we have opened the Sawan Thai Cuisine in North Bend. A
community that
we hope is ready to grow and enjoy fine dining right here in town
instead of
